Tenant families are neighbours, not guests. You drink the same water, ride the same lifts and wait out the same repairs. If the way we want to run this place makes sense to you, we would like you with us.
- Every commitment we have made is for every resident. The water tests, the 24x7 helpline, the grievance desk with deadlines — none of it asks to see a sale deed.
- The AGM itself is an owners' meeting. So tell us your owner's details as well, and we will send the same updates to both of you. Nobody should hear about their own building second-hand.
- Your details stay with us. We use them to keep you informed and to invite you in — nothing else, and never for anything commercial.
