The Prestige Falcon City Apartment Owners Association election is on 8 October 2026, at the Annual General Meeting. The decisions taken there bind all of us for the year ahead.

Owners. An owner with outstanding maintenance dues is not eligible to vote, so settle any dues before the AGM and your vote will count. If you are unsure whether you are clear, check before the day rather than at the door.

Yes. Hand your proxy to a resident owner you trust. A resident may hold at most two proxies, so ask early — the person you have in mind may already be holding theirs.

The AGM itself is an owners' meeting. But every commitment we have made is for every resident — the water testing, the 24x7 helpline, the grievance desk with deadlines. No. No individual is named anywhere on this site or in our manifesto — no past or present office bearer, no employee, no vendor, no resident. What we have set out are documented facts about systems that did not hold. Those are failures of process, not of character, and process is what a Board can actually change.

The bye-laws let residents remove any Board member by simple majority. We will publish a quarterly scorecard against the dates in our manifesto, and hold an open house on day 100 with the misses named first — so you will not have to go looking for the evidence to use against us.

You should not, on our word alone. That is why every commitment carries a date, a rupee threshold or a document that gets published — so that believing us stops being necessary. Either the water test results appear by day 14 or they do not.

Renewal. Not tearing anything down — rebuilding how decisions get made, so that the next difficult week is met by a system rather than an appeal.
