Renewal
Fix the way the association works, not just the thing that broke this week.
Navnirman · Resident owners of Prestige Falcon City
A slate for safe water, open books, your consent and straight answers
Eight commitments. One hundred days. Numbers you can hold us to — and a scorecard every quarter so you always know whether we deserve to stay.
Navnirman is a slate of resident owners standing for the PFCAOA Board at the election on 8 October 2026. We are not a party, and we are not in a quarrel with anyone. We are owners who think three things have gone wrong often enough to need fixing: the water, the accounts, and the habit of settling big questions without asking the people who pay for them.
So everything we have set out carries a date, a rupee figure, or a document that gets published whether or not anybody asks for it. That is deliberate. It is the only way you can hold us to any of it twelve months from now.
Published. Dated. Voted on.
One standard format, on a fixed day of the month, whether or not anybody asks.

2,500 homes, five buildings, thirty acres — and the neighbours who held it together.

Not a new building. A new way of running the one we already have.
Fix the way the association works, not just the thing that broke this week.
Books, water tests and contracts published on a date, in one standard format.
Nothing big about our shared spaces without notice and a residents' vote.
A scorecard every quarter, and a bye-law that lets you remove us.
Why us
Every commitment has a date or a number attached, published in our manifesto.
Not wishes — the powers the association already has and has not been using.
The bye-laws let residents remove any Board member by simple majority. We will publish a quarterly scorecard so you always know whether we deserve to stay.
